Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Architect/Manager to lead the design and delivery of advanced ServiceNow solutions for financial services clients. You will guide teams, define integration and security patterns, and ensure architectural integrity across engagements.

The role requires deep technical excellence, consulting experience, and the ability to travel 40–60% to meet client needs in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
4–6 years of IT experience with hands-on ServiceNow development or architecture.
Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM is preferred.
Extensive hands-on experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions.
Proven ability to lead technically complex implementations.
Ability to discuss technical topics with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions.
Define architectures for case management, integration, security, and data flows.
Own architectural decisions and trade-offs for delivery.
Guide delivery teams and ensure translation of architecture into configuration and code.
Drive risk mitigation and manage complex build/deployment challenges.
Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
