Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years IT experience with hands-on ServiceNow development or architecture.
• Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM (preferred).
• Proven success leading complex ServiceNow implementations.
• Ability to drive technical discussions with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow workflows.
• Define architectures: case design, integrations, security, data flows.
• Provide hands-on leadership during design and build phases.
• Interface with clients, manage risks, and ensure delivery quality.
• Balance delivery speed with architectural integrity and perform reviews.
