Job summary

EY seeks an experienced ServiceNow Architect to own the design, architecture, and delivery of advanced ServiceNow solutions for Financial Services clients. You will drive architecture across workflows, integrations, data, security, and performance, and lead complex implementations with delivery teams and stakeholders.

You will translate business requirements into robust technical designs, mentor teams, and ensure best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
4–6 years of relevant IT experience with hands-on ServiceNow development or architectural capacities.
Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM.
ServiceNow Architect with proven success leading complex implementations.
Ability to lead technical discussions confidently with customers and stakeholders.
Experience leading teams and supervising others.
Driver's license valid in the U.S. and ability to travel 40–60%.
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions.
Define technical architectures covering case management, integration and data flows, security and access controls.
Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices, architectural standards, and platform capabilities.
Own solution-level architectural decisions and trade-offs.
Guide and oversee technical implementation activities across delivery teams.
Collaborate with customers, CMAs, solution architects, developers and QA.
