Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a ServiceNow Architect to lead design and delivery of advanced ServiceNow solutions for Financial Services clients. You will be the senior technical authority, shaping architectures, case/workflow design, integrations, security, and governance while guiding cross-functional teams and external clients.

This role offers a hybrid work model, travel 40–60%, and a competitive total rewards package including medical/dental and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 4–6 years IT experience with hands-on ServiceNow development or architecture.
• Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM.
• Experience leading complex implementations.
• Ability to discuss technically with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions.
• Engage regularly with external clients, guiding workstreams from planning through closure.
• Provide direction to team members and ensure successful task completion.
• Define architectures for case/workflow design, integration data flows, and security controls.
• Own solution-level architectural decisions and manage delivery risks.
• Travel may be required to meet client needs.
