Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst / ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead HRSD transformation for clients across the US. You will gather requirements from business stakeholders, design architecture solutions, and drive successful project delivery with a multi-disciplinary team.

This role requires travel to meet clients, strong communication, and experience with ServiceNow HRSD and AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
Typically, no less than 2 - 4 years relevant ServiceNow HRSD project experience
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Minimum of 1 of the following ServiceNow certifications:
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery
3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience
Excellent soft skills – communication (written/verbal), adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization
Experience leading teams and supervising others
A driver’s license valid in the U.S.
Ability to travel to meet client needs

Responsibilities

Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Lead services and deliverables, requiring analytical thinking and problem solving.
Regular travel to meet with clients.
Evaluate business models and processes.
Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet requirements.
