Job summary

EY in the US seeks a Senior Technology Analyst to lead ServiceNow HRSD transformation programs, bridging business needs with technical HRSD solutions. Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• Typically, no less than 2–4 years relevant ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification is required.
• Minimum of one of the listed ServiceNow certifications (HR Service Delivery / HRSD).
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Strong communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork and organization.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Driver’s license valid in the U.S. and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients and internal teams to ensure project delivery.
• Travel to meet with clients.
• Evaluate business models and processes with stakeholders.
• Design and deliver system architecture solutions with technical teams.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team (3–5 resources).
• Lead requirement workshops and design sessions.
• Support waterfall and agile delivery activities.
• Create high-quality deliverables and artifacts.
