Job summary

RoviSys Building Technologies is seeking a Service Engineer or Specialist to provide service and support to customers, maintain SLAs, and lead troubleshooting of controls issues. You will interact directly with clients, inspect and calibrate equipment, and report on system performance.

Responsibilities include 80% service and support, 15% project support, and 5% sales support, with on-call rotations and travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Fundamental understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in customer environments.
• Familiarity with multiple controls platforms and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and software updates of control systems.
• Identify and address system malfunctions or inefficiencies.
• Implement system upgrades to improve efficiency and performance.
• Respond to incidents to maintain SLAs and service quality.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve critical incidents quickly.
• Configure networks to interface with equipment.
