Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager to lead daily security operations and manage a team of security officers and supervisors. You will guide staffing, scheduling, and client service delivery to ensure safety and high-quality outcomes.

You will act as the main liaison for clients, oversee incident response, and coordinate with internal teams to maintain site standards. A strong background in operations management and people leadership is expected.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily security operations and supervise officers and supervisors.
• Develop staffing plans, schedule assignments, and monitor payroll and overtime.

• Respond to incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, and site standards; manage inventory and supplies.
