Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Armed Guard Card/License (C135) required.
• Two+ years in security management, operations, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams including hiring, coaching, payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary point of contact to ensure high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory to maintain security operations excellence.
