Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or personal vehicle for business.
• Minimum of two (2) years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Ability to evaluate situations, make independent decisions, and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and control costs related to inventory.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams by hiring, coaching, and managing security officers and supervisors.
• Enhance client relationships as primary point of contact, ensuring high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and operational excellence, overseeing training, safety, and site standards and inventory.
