Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement SAP IS-U customer-facing solutions. You will work with business stakeholders to translate utility service-operation requirements into effective SAP IS-U functional designs throughout the meter-to-cash lifecycle.

The role involves collaboration with client teams, traveling up to 40–60% and delivering end-to-end SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support in a utility environment.
• Experience supporting customer and contract data conversion, data mapping and cutover readiness.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, move-in/move-out, transfers, start/stop service.
• Configure SAP IS-U Customer Service components like business partner, contract account, premise and service connection.
• Design and document service-request, notification and customer-contact processes in SAP IS-U.
• Coordinate end-to-end process impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, and field service.
• Validate customer-impacting exceptions and support tests and production stabilization.
