Job summary

EY is hiring an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to support design, configuration, testing, and implementation of customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions for utility clients nationwide.

You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into functional designs covering customer, account, contract, premise, and service-request processes along the meter-to-cash lifecycle. The role requires collaboration across modules and potential travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP IS-U Customer Service knowledge.
• Utility industry experience with meter-to-cash processes.
• Travel 40–60% as client needs require.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions for clients.
• Translate requirements into functional designs and configuration.
• Coordinate end-to-end process impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, Work Management, and more.
• Prepare functional designs, data mappings, test scenarios and data migration steps.
• Execute unit and integration testing and support UAT and defect resolution.
• Travel to meet client needs and support project delivery.
