Job summary

EY is hiring an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to join our US utilities practice. In this role you will design, configure, test, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions across the meter-to-cash lifecycle for utility clients, translating business requirements into functional designs.

You will collaborate with business users and technical teams, travel 40–60% to meet client needs, and contribute to project delivery, data conversion, and cutover readiness while guiding junior

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Typically 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including 3+ years in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support in utilities.

Responsibilities

Deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions for clients and internal teams.
Configure business partner, contract account, and customer data in SAP IS-U.
Design service-request, notification, and customer-contact workflows.
Coordinate impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, and other systems.
Support unit and integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to client teams.
