Qualifications

• 5+ years of field sales experience.
• 2+ years in field leadership, preferably multi-unit management.
• Strong understanding of EV industry and regulatory considerations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer experience is best-in-class across your region.
• Drive sales performance and execute strategic initiatives to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
• Own, track, and deliver on KPIs, aligning team with company objectives.
• Oversee vehicle delivery process: preparation, paperwork, logistics, and handoff.
• Collaborate with Service and Operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Optimize staffing and scheduling to maximize efficiency and customer experience.
• Plan and execute activations, events, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Manage store P&L and ensure accurate revenue documentation and compliance.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive lead generation and retention.
