Job summary

Rivian is seeking a dynamic Sales and Delivery Manager to scale operations in New York. You will own the full customer journey from engagement to delivery, oversee sales execution, logistics, and last-mile delivery, and lead a high-impact team aligned with Rivian’s values.

You will drive revenue targets, optimize staffing, and collaborate cross-functionally to plan activations and community engagement, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field sales experience
• 2+ years in field leadership; multi-unit preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
• Experience with P&L, POS and CRM software

Responsibilities

• Ensure best-in-class customer experience across region.
• Drive sales performance and revenue targets.
• Own and deliver on KPIs and strategic objectives.
• Oversee vehicle delivery process and logistics coordination.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to plan activations and events.
• Manage location's financial plan including payroll budget and P&L.
