Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer-service skills and ability to drive sales in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coach associates and provide in-the-moment feedback to improve performance.
• Effective communication and adaptability to changing store needs.
• Flexibility to work peak days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as delegated by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences with product knowledge and selling skills.
• Display knowledge of policies and store strategies; set daily goals and direct the team.
• Perform opening/closing procedures, deposits, and communication of directives.
