Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a reliable Key Holder to support sales plans and execute store operations with a strong focus on customer experience. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure product knowledge informs every customer interaction.

The role requires leadership on duty when scheduled, driving daily goals, and maintaining the store's visual standard. This is a full-time, on-site position essential to delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Lead store tasks as delegated by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers based on team performance.
• Drive exceptional in-store experiences through product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily shift direction and goals for the team.
• Oversee opening/closing routines, deposits, shipments, and dissemination of directives.
• Build genuine customer connections through needs discovery and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
