Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder to support delivering sales plans through effective execution of store and operational tasks. Store leadership will focus on customer experience, brand ambassador roles, and driving sales while modelling Our Values and product knowledge.

The role requires leadership, coaching, and strong communication in a fast-paced setting, with responsibilities spanning opening/closing, performance feedback, and daily goals. Expect physical activity and varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Thrives in a customer-first retail environment.
• Ability to work peak days and varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to coach and uplift associates to meet sales and service goals.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty and address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Perform opening and closing routines, including deposits, shipments, and disseminating directives.
• Create connections with customers through uncovering needs and making personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation and merchandising as needed.
