Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate at our Palm Bay, FL location. You’ll lead a team in a high-traffic retail environment, delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring compliance and smooth store operations.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, driving sales, managing opening/closing tasks, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Must have 1+ year in retail or customer-facing roles, POS experience, and leadership ability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing or sales experience.
• Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling.
• Leadership experience in a retail environment (≥6 months).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a warm, welcoming environment and coach your team.
• Coach associates to deliver exceptional service and personalized recommendations.
• Drive consultative selling and upsell through active listening and product knowledge.
• Promote loyalty by enrolling guests in rewards programs and capturing insights.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism to build trust.
• Ensure opening/closing duties, cash reconciliation, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety rules.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to drive team performance.
