Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate for our Westmont location. You will lead a retail team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and act as a brand ambassador while ensuring compliant store operations and a high-performing environment.

You will coach staff, manage daily KPIs, and help enroll guests in loyalty programs, maintaining inventory accuracy and smooth checkout flows.

Qualifications

• 21+ age requirement.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of customer-facing or sales experience.
• 1+ year using POS systems and handling cash.
• 6+ months leadership experience in retail.
• 6+ months retail store operations experience (opening/closing, cash reconciliation).
• 6 months Curaleaf Store Associate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a welcoming, high-service store environment.
• Coach the team to deliver exceptional service and product guidance.
• Drive loyalty by enrolling guests in the rewards program and capturing insights.
• Ensure inventory integrity and accurate order fulfillment.
• Open/close duties, cash reconciliation, and POS profile maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, compliant, guest-ready store and support SOPs.
