Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate in Saint Petersburg, FL, to lead a high-performing retail team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and drive sales while ensuring compliance and accuracy in cash handling and POS processes.

Your role emphasizes guest engagement, loyalty program enrollment, and maintaining a welcoming environment with strong teamwork. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• Minimum 1 year using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
• Minimum 6 months leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Minimum 6 months of store operations experience including opening/closing and cash reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a welcoming environment and coach your team.
• Drive consultative selling and enroll guests in rewards programs.
• Verify IDs, process transactions accurately, and maintain POS profiles.
• Lead opening/closing duties, inventory counts, and daily huddles.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with SOPs and regulations.
• Provide real-time coaching and support to the team to meet KPI goals.
