Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older.

• 1+ year of customer-facing or sales experience.
• 6+ months of leadership in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive consultative selling and upsell relevant products.
• Verify IDs, handle POS transactions, and manage cash with accuracy.
• Ensure inventory integrity and participate in counts and audits.
• Maintain a clean, guest-ready store and follow SOPs.
