Zusammenfassung

Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate to drive outstanding customer experiences and lead a high-performing retail team in our Westmont, IL location. You will guide daily operations, ensure compliance with SOPs, manage inventory, and promote a welcoming store environment through coaching and hands-on leadership.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer-facing sales, 1 year with POS systems, and 6 months of leadership in retail.

Qualifikationen

• 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
• A minimum of 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in retail store operations, including opening/closing procedures.
• Curaleaf Team Members need a minimum of 6 months of Store Associate experience demonstrating consistent performance.
