Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate in St. Petersburg, FL to lead daily operations and coach frontline team members. You’ll drive exceptional customer experiences, uphold compliance, and model our standards for service and store execution.

You’ll open and close the store, verify IDs, process transactions, manage inventory, and mentor teammates to achieve KPI goals while maintaining a welcoming, compliant environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year in customer-facing or sales environment.
• Minimum 6 months leadership experience in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive consultative selling and upsell on the floor.
• Verify IDs and maintain accurate POS profiles.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and checkout processes.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and state regulations.
