Job summary

MOD Pizza, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Supervisor in Mill Creek, WA. You will lead restaurant operations during shifts, train new hires, and ensure adherence to MOD standards while delivering a high-quality guest experience.

You will manage deployment, coaching, and daily tasks, supporting management and maintaining safety and service excellence across Front and Back of House. This role requires flexibility to meet restaurant needs and peak periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven mentoring or informal leadership experience.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to follow and enforce processes and standards; coach compassionately.
• Calm presence during peak hours.
• Obtain food safety and/or alcohol certification within 30 days of start date where required by law.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Availability to work at least 3 shifts and 18 hours per week, including peak times.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for new hires and program rollouts.
• Ensure the squad is properly deployed and tasks are completed to deliver great guest experiences.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment and ensure food safety across Back of House and Front of House.
• Provide guidance and feedback to squad members and escalate issues as needed.
• Manage cash handling within the shift, including refunds and safe cash placement.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed in coordination with the GM.
• Follow shift checklists and use tools to meet daily objectives.
• Stay informed via email about program updates and communicate to the squad.
