You will role-model MOD values, coach teammates, and ensure operations run smoothly during busy shifts while maintaining exceptional guest experiences. This position is part of our Restaurants Leadership team and offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership.
• Experience successfully leading, coaching, training, and motivating front line employees.
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead Squad Crew to deliver pizzas and salads with a personal, welcoming service.
• Model MOD values and a service mindset for the team.
• Coach Shift Supervisors to maintain energy and a positive shift.
• Train and mentor crew in store tasks and standards.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to engage the community.
