The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a call center with 2+ years in supervision, P&C license, strong communication, and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a call center; supervisory experience preferred (2+ years).
• P&C licensed required.
• Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department
