You will drive performance, ensure policy and service excellence, and mentor staff while managing an assigned book of business.

The position requires active licensing, deep insurance knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in insurance or 7+ years in sales/relationship roles.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required; professional designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Account Management staff and provide coaching and guidance.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.
• Oversee policy administration, placement, billing, claims support, and documentation of accuracy.
• Participate in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding; support staff development.
• Manage an assigned book of business and renewals.
