Insurance Office of America is seeking an Operations Supervisor – Commercial Lines to lead the Account Management staff with remote capability for the Southeastern US. You will drive performance, ensure policy and service excellence, and manage a defined book of business.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in insurance or 7+ years in sales/relationship roles, active licensing, strong analytics, and MS Office proficiency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of industry experience or 7+ years in sales/relationship management.
- Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
- Active licensing is required.
- Professional designations preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Lead Account Management staff and provide coaching.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards.
- Ensure HR policies and processes compliance.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new hires.
- Maintain data accuracy across agency and carrier systems.
- Support renewals and new business processes.
- Deliver excellent service and manage client relationships.
