Porch Group, including Homeowners of America (HOA), is seeking an experienced Insurance Product Manager for a fully remote role in the United States. You will own profitability and strategic product initiatives across state and national markets, working closely with underwriting, actuarial, marketing, and operations to keep products competitive and compliant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Actuarial Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in product management, actuarial, finance, or related roles in insurance; 5+ years in homeowners insurance.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product, pricing, and underwriting actions at state and national levels.
• Maintain loss ratio discipline and profitability targets in assigned markets.
• Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, marketing, sales, IT, and operations to execute product initiatives.
• Analyze competitors and provide market insights for competitive intelligence tools.
• Report on product performance and define KPIs to improve results.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for all products.
