5+ years of industry experience; or 7+ years in sales, marketing or relationship management.
Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
Active licensing is required.
Professional designations are preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor performance standards and ensure service quality.
Lead and coach Account Management staff.
Oversee policy administration, placement, billing, claims support, and accuracy.
Support renewals and new business processes.
Foster IOA culture and engagement.
