Job summary
Eaton's Critical Power Solutions Division is seeking a Lead Field Service Electronics Technician to join our team in the greater Dallas/Ft. Worth area. This remote role from a home office includes daily travel to customer sites; a company vehicle is provided to support service delivery.
You will deliver on-site repair, start-up, and preventative maintenance for advanced UPS systems and power distribution solutions, ensuring peak performance and uptime for mission-critical facilities.
Qualifications
- Two or more years in power systems, battery technologies and/or electronics.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and apply troubleshooting techniques.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and able to travel up to USA-wide locations.
- Background checks and drug screenings may be required.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site support at customer sites with emergency repair services.
- Perform start-up services and preventative maintenance for UPS systems and distribution gear.
- Travel daily from home office to customer locations, with occasional overnight stays.
- Collaborate with Field Service Technicians and on-site leads to deliver quality service.
