Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s Critical Power Solutions Division seeks a Lead Field Service Electronics Technician to join a world-class service team. This remote role is based from a home office with daily travel to customer sites and occasional overnight stays; a company vehicle is provided.

You will deliver on-site support, emergency repairs, start-up services, and preventative maintenance to ensure uptime across mission-critical facilities, leveraging training and safety programs to operate confidently.

Qualifications

• Two years of power systems, battery technologies and/or electronics experience.
• Current, unrestricted driver’s license with satisfactory MVR.
• Willingness to travel daily to customer sites with a company fleet vehicle; overnight trips may be required.
• Must pass background checks and drug screenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support, emergency repairs, start-up services and preventive maintenance.
• Travel to customer sites and coordinate with internal teams for timely service.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies while maintaining uptime for customer facilities.
• Collaborate with Field Service Technicians and on-site leads to resolve complex issues.
