Job summary

Eaton Corporation's Critical Power Solutions Division seeks a Lead Field Service Electronics Technician to support customers in the Denver, CO area from a remote home office. You will provide on-site emergency repairs, start-up services, and preventative maintenance, with occasional overnight stays and travel using an Eaton vehicle.

This role emphasizes safety, hands-on problem solving, and reliable uptime for mission-critical power systems.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in electrical or electronics or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of power systems, battery technologies and/or electronics experience.
• Must have a current, unrestricted driver’s license and clean MVR; driving is required.
• Pass background checks and drug screenings as needed.
• Daily travel to customer sites with company vehicle.
• Willingness to travel outside the immediate region for extended periods.
• Must perform essential physical tasks (lifting 50+ lbs, climbing, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for emergency repairs, start-up services, and preventive maintenance.
• Travel to customer sites; operate a company vehicle.
• Contribute to uptime and reliability of mission-critical power systems.
• Adhere to safety rules and participate in safety audits and trainings.
