Job summary

Eaton’s CPS Division seeks a Lead Field Service Electronics Technician in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX area.

This remote position involves daily travel to customer sites with an Eaton-provided vehicle, delivering on-site support, emergency repairs, start-up services, and preventive maintenance to maximize uptime. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in power systems or electronics, an associate degree in electrical/electronics, and a strong safety record.

Qualifications

• This role requires an Associate’s degree in electrical or electronics and related hands-on experience.
• Two or more years of power systems, battery technologies and/or electronics experience are expected.
• Must meet safety requirements and have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support, emergency repairs, start-up services, and preventative maintenance.
• Travel daily to customer sites using an Eaton-provided fleet vehicle; some overnight stays may be required.
• Collaborate with Field Service Technicians and on-site leads to ensure peak system uptime.
• Work within safety policies and participate in continuous hands-on training.
