Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is seeking a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims for a remote role across the United States. The role will supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims, including litigation handling, across multiple states and may liaison with partner clubs.

The position emphasizes remote-first operations, staff leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain service standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible professional and/or supervisory position within a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Two or more years of litigation experience, preferably involving Special Investigations Unit (SIU) claims.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related field.
• Professional designation or certification such as Associate in Claims (AIC), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), or ICAR.

Responsabilités

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of claims.
• Provides technical guidance to adjusters on coverage, liability, and settlements.
• Directs daily operations, staffing, and coverage across multiple shifts.
• Monitors employee performance and service standards.
• Oversees claim investigations and resolution, including DOI regulations across states.
• Oversees internal and external counsel and litigation matters.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and acts as claims liaison for commercial customers and brokers.
