Job summary

1X is seeking a Lead Recruiting Coordinator in the Talent team to own end-to-end interview scheduling for executive and high-volume roles in San Carlos. You will ensure flawless scheduling, timely communication, and data integrity in Ashby, acting as the escalation point for daily operational issues.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in recruiting coordination, extensive experience with ATS, and a track record of building scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting coordination experience, incl. scheduling for executive/high-volume roles.
• Ability to manage complex multi-participant interview schedules without errors.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system as the system of record.
• Proven track record as escalation point for a coordinating or operations team.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling for executive and high-volume roles without errors.
• Maintain high satisfaction from candidates and hiring managers through timely communication.
• Reduce time-to-schedule and time-to-feedback by identifying bottlenecks and enabling automation.
• Iterate playbooks and training so coordinators follow a consistent process.
• Serve as escalation point for daily operational issues and maintain Ashby as the single source of truth.
