Job summary

Listen Labs in New York, NY is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to own scheduling end-to-end, candidate experience, and recruiting ops. You’ll partner with recruiters, founders, and hiring managers to keep processes tight, fast, and high quality from first touch through onsite and close.

As you ramp, you’ll take on broader, strategic work across the team, helping stand up efficient workflows, improve Ashby usage, and unblock hiring pushes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting coordination or recruiting ops in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented to a fault; you catch things others don’t.
• Very reliable and responsive; people trust you.
• Can juggle a lot without getting flustered.
• Care about candidate experience and making things seamless.
• Good judgment; able to handle sensitive information.
• You like people; you’re warm and easy to work with.
• You don’t wait around; you fix broken things and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Own scheduling end-to-end for interviews and candidates.
• Deliver a clean, thoughtful candidate experience, especially onsite.
• Keep all stakeholders informed—candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with the team to unblock issues quickly and keep hiring moving.
• Maintain Ashby accurately to reflect real progress.
• Improve workflows and tighten recruiting processes.
• Take on ad hoc projects to stand up new hiring pushes and scale the team.
