Job summary

Success Matcher Recruitment, partnering with a fast-growing tech startup, is seeking a Talent Coordinator to support the Head of Talent. You will own the recruiting operations from candidate management to interview coordination in a fast-paced startup environment.

Based in San Francisco, this in-office role offers growth into a full lifecycle recruiter as the team scales. You will work with Ashby, Google Calendar, and LinkedIn Recruiter, building processes and reporting to keep hiring moving

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR admin

Responsibilities

• Own the candidate pipeline in Ashby, tracking progress and ensuring data accuracy
• Coordinate interview loops and panel scheduling across recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
• Manage relationships with outsourcing partners and recruiting agencies
• Support offers, generate recruiting reports, and document internal processes
• Coordinate candidate work trials with Executive Assistants as the team expands
