Job summary

1X is seeking a Lead Recruiting Coordinator to streamline interview scheduling and candidate communications for executive and high-volume roles in the San Carlos area. You will own the coordination workflow, set standards for speed and accuracy, and ensure Ashby remains the single source of truth for all open roles.

You will lead by example, improving processes, coaching colleagues, and ensuring fast, reliable scheduling across the hiring team while protecting candidate experience and data

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting coordination experience for executive or high-volume roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-participant interview schedules without errors.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system as the system of record for hiring.
• Proven track record of being the escalation point for a coordination or operations team.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling for executive and high-volume roles in your half of the org, delivered without errors.
• Deliver consistently high satisfaction scores from candidates and hiring managers through transparent, timely communication.
• Drive down time-to-schedule and time-to-feedback by identifying bottlenecks and implementing automation.
• Optimize and iterate the coordination playbooks and training guides so coordinators follow the same process.
• Lead as the escalation point for daily operational issues in your half of the org, keeping Ashby up to date.
