Behavioral Innovations - Windsor Mill Treatment Center is seeking a Clinical Trainer / Lead RBT to train clinical staff under the oversight of BCBAs, ensuring milestones and clinical expectations are met.

The role ensures new BTs and RBTs receive BACB-standard training, that therapy teams run smoothly, and that every child makes progress according to BACB requirements, contributing to the center's clinical excellence and growth.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of early intervention ABA experience.
• Previous leadership experience supervising employees.
• Current RBT Certification; RBT IV or higher preferred.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Willingness to train others and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Train clinical staff and ensure BACB standards.
• Coordinate with BCBAs to meet milestones.
• Oversee therapy teams for effective operation.
• Ensure all new BTs and RBTs receive proper training.
• Maintain documentation of training milestones.
