Behavioral Innovations in Burleson is seeking a Clinical Trainer / Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to train staff and oversee clinical training milestones under BCBA supervision. You will ensure QA, progress tracking, and compliance with BACB standards while fostering growth for team members.

Qualifications

• One year of early intervention ABA experience (external).
• Leadership role with supervision of employees.
• Must have RBT certification (RBT IV or higher preferred).
• Excellent communication and train-the-trainer capabilities.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Train clinical staff and oversee training milestones per BACB standards.
• Coordinate with BCBAs to ensure therapy teams operate effectively and progress is documented.
• Train new BTs/RBTs and support ongoing professional development.
• Ensure compliance with BI training program and BACB requirements.
• Monitor and guide clinical collaboration to optimize child progress.
