Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of ABA early intervention experience.
• Previous leadership experience with supervision of staff is required.
• RBT certification current and in good standing.
• Strong time management, observation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Train clinical staff to BACB standards under BCBA supervision.
• Coordinate with BCBAs to ensure milestones and clinical expectations are met.
