Job summary

Behavioral Innovations' Cockeysville Treatment Center in Maryland is seeking a Clinical Trainer / Lead RBT to train staff and ensure BACB-aligned clinical practices. You will coordinate with BCBAs to guide Therapy Teams and verify that training milestones are achieved.

The role requires at least one year of ABA experience, current RBT certification (RBT IV+), a high school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred), and strong organizational and training skills.

Qualifications

• At least one year of ABA early intervention experience.
• Current RBT certification; must be RBT IV or higher.
• Strong leadership and supervision experience.
• Excellent time management, observation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to train others and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Train BTs and RBTs to BACB standards.
• Coordinate with BCBAs to ensure clinical milestones are met.
• Monitor and support therapy teams for progress.
• Maintain training program compliance.
• Ensure new staff complete training milestones.
