Job summary

Behavioral Innovations is seeking a Clinical Trainer / Lead RBT at our Midlothian, TX center to oversee staff training under BCBA supervision. You will ensure that training milestones align with BACB standards and clinical expectations, supporting the progress of every child served.

You will collaborate with BCBAs, lead Therapy Teams, and guide newly trained BTs and RBTs toward excellence, with opportunities for professional growth and ongoing development within BI.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of early intervention ABA experience.
• Leadership experience supervising staff.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current RBT certification; RBT IV or higher.
• Strong time management, observation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to train others and learn new skills.
• Independent work with minimal supervision; highly organized.
• Friendly, engaging personality; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Train clinical staff with direct coordination and oversight from BCBAs to meet milestones and clinical expectations.
• Collaborate clinically with BCBAs to ensure Therapy Team operates effectively and progress is made for each child.
• Ensure training milestones are completed as specified and in accordance with BACB standards.
