Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of ABA early intervention experience.
• Leadership experience supervising employees.
• Current RBT certification; RBT IV+ preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Train BTs and RBTs to BACB standards.
• Coordinate with BCBAs to ensure milestones and expectations are met.
• Oversee training milestones and program adherence to BI standards.
• Lead staff training with minimal supervision.
• Ensure staff progress aligns with BACB requirements.
