Job summary

Behavioral Innovations in Indian Trail is seeking a Clinical Trainer / Lead RBT to train clinical staff under BCBA supervision. The role focuses on ensuring that training milestones align with BACB standards and that therapy teams operate efficiently while ensuring progress for each child.

The position requires RBT certification, leadership experience, and ABA experience. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of ABA early intervention experience.
• Leadership experience supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Train clinical staff to BACB standards and ensure milestone completion.
• Coordinate with BCBAs to ensure effective Therapy Team operations.
• Train new BTs and RBTs and ensure training program compliance.
• Oversee training milestones as specified in BI program.
