Behavioral Innovations in Midlothian, TX seeks a Clinical Trainer / Lead RBT to oversee staff training and ensure clinical milestones align with BACB standards. The role coordinates with BCBAs and supports Therapy Teams in delivering effective ABA services for children.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of early intervention ABA experience.
• Previous role overseeing staff supervision and teamwork.
• RBT certification current and valid.
• Must be RBT IV or higher (internal requirement).

Responsibilities

• Train clinical staff to BACB standards with BCBA oversight.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to ensure effective Therapy Teams.
• Ensure training milestones are completed per program.
