Behavioral Innovations – Burleson Treatment Center is seeking a Clinical Trainer / Lead RBT to train staff under BCBAs, ensuring therapy teams meet BACB standards and child progress goals. The role emphasizes training new BTs and RBTs and maintaining program integrity.

The position offers a pathway for career advancement within BI, with a compensation of $45,000 annually and opportunities through our tuition reimbursement and mentorship programs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of ABA early intervention experience.
• Previous leadership/supervision experience.
• Current RBT Certification; RBT IV or higher (internal) preferred.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Train clinical staff and ensure training milestones meet BACB standards.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to ensure therapy teams operate effectively and children progress as required.
• oversee training program adherence and documentation for new BTs and RBTs.
• Coordinate with clinical leadership to maintain high-quality patient care.
