Job summary

Behavioral Innovations – Windsor Mill Treatment Center is seeking a Clinical Trainer/Lead RBT to train clinical staff with oversight from BCBAs, ensuring milestones and clinical expectations are achieved. The role ensures all BTs and RBTs receive BACB-compliant training and that training milestones are completed as specified.

Compensation: $52,650. This position offers growth opportunities, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits to support ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year ABA experience.
• Leadership experience supervising staff.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• Current RBT Certification must be RBT IV or higher.

Responsibilities

• Train clinical staff with oversight from BCBAs to meet milestones.
• Collaborate clinically with BCBAs to ensure effective Therapy Teams.
• Ensure training milestones align with BACB standards.
• Oversee onboarding and training of new BTs and RBTs.
• Guarantee progress reporting and compliance with program requirements.
